1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or from your order confirmation email.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Vital Max Formulas ships only within the United States.
We do not currently support international orders or deliveries outside the U.S.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but not received, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate your order and issue a replacement or resolution if eligible.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
VitalMaxFormulas.com is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to correct it.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or leaking, take clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Our products are sold for research and development purposes only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international resellers.
